Returns & Refund
We accept to return and exchange your order with a time limit of 30 days after your package is received with the following conditions:
You receive a different case according to the one you ordered
the item you receive is damaged before you use it
To process the complaint, you can follow the following procedure:
- contact us about your complaint against the case received via email: email@example.com, and also attach a photo of the smartphone case you received

- After your packages received at the warehouse and pass the check, we will resend the case according to what you ordered.
We will make full refunds with the following conditions:
- If our system founds indications of fraud against the credit card you are using
- Your shipping address is not affordable for the shipping services we use
- The buyer does not want to pay the taxes.
If you have not received the goods after the estimated delivery time, you can directly contact the delivery service in your country.
For United States countries, you can contact UPS customer service or DHL customer service
For countries other than the United States, you can contact DHL customer service in your country.
And after contacting the delivery service and it turns out that the package ordered has lost, we will resend your order your address.
